-Rostered brigade to provide 2 or more members to assist with weekly checks at Group HQ (Start time 1000 hrs)
-Group HQ to be opened at 0945 hrs.
Duty Officer:
Responsible for the overall readiness/status of the Group.
"Contact person" for the Group:
Calls to the Duty Officer phone to be diverted accordingly.
Shall advise the Group officer of any actions and/or communications regarding functions of the Group.
In consultation with the Group Officer (when available) determine the responses of the Group to any requests
made of the Group.
If unavailable for any rostered period shall arrange for another officer to stand in, and advise all concerned
via pager message.
The rostered period shall be for 1 week commencing Sunday morning approx. 1000 hours
